Leek Soup

Ingredients
- 1 - Onion
- 250g - Potatoes (peeled)
- 250g - Leek
- 2 Tsp - Ground Cumin
- A few - Saffron Threads
- 1L - Water
- Some - Butter
Steps
- Sauté the onion and leek in butter until soft.
- Add the potatoes and cumin.
- Add water and saffron threads.
- Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season to taste.
