Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
- 400-500g - Flank or Skirt Steak
- 3-4 Tbsp - Flour
- Handful - (Thai) Basil
- 3 - small Red Chilis
- 1/2 cup - Soy Sauce
- 30g - Brown Sugar
- 30g - Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 bunch - Green Onion
- 4 cloves - Garlic (finely chopped)
Steps
- Slice beef thinly against the grain.
- Toss beef with flour.
- Heat oil in wok or large pan.
- Stir-fry beef until crispy.
- Add garlic, chilis, and green onion whites.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar.
- Add sauce to pan and toss.
- Garnish with basil and green onion greens.
