Swedish Meatballs (Ikea)

Ingredients
- 800g - 50/50 Pork/Beef Mince
- 1/2 cup - Panko Crumbs
- 1 - Egg
- 1 - Onion (grated)
- Spices - Nutmeg, AllSpice, Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup - Heavy Cream or Condensed Milk
- Flour and Butter for Roux
- 2 cups - Beef Stock
- Herbs - Green Onion, Parsley, Chives
- Salt, Pepper (to taste)
Steps
- Mix mince with panko crumbs, egg, grated onion, and spices.
- Form into meatballs and brown in batches.
- Make a roux with butter and flour.
- Gradually add beef stock to create gravy.
- Add cream and season to taste.
- Return meatballs to sauce and simmer.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
